Rex swallowed dryly. "Are you absolutely sure?"
Frowning, the doctor confirmed, "Yes."
"Then how is this possible?" Rex demanded. "Is he really from the future?"
"That," Holiday announced. "I can't be sure of. But it's certainly the most logical explanation we have at the moment."
"But....how did the kid - er, I mean - Danny get here? To this time?" Rex asked.

The noise jolted him, and when he sat up quickly his head collided brutally with the top of the bunk.
